Kerving Legentus, LMT graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and has been practicing as a licensed MT for ten years. He is also trained in Brazilian Jujitsu and Mauy Thia. As a New Jersey native, he first became interested in massage therapy after many football injuries as a high school athlete. After discovering the many benefits to massage, he pursued an interest in sports and deep tissue massage including active isolated stretching (AIS), instrument assisted soft tissue release, active release technique, dynamic cupping, guasha, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and theragun applications. Kerving loves working on athletes and every day people to help them achieve pain relief along with increased mobility.
